During my recent budget travels, I was lucky enough to find an exceptional, authentic hotel with exceptional service. the accommodation was clean and lacked spiders, even in the toilet. the staff went out of their way to ensure that guests had a delightful experience, including providing transportation to and from the nearby station. the onsen, particularly the outdoor one, was serene and relaxing. the location had many interesting places to explore and delicious local food to try. the rooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were immaculate. the breakfast was fantastic. the hotel had facilities like free Wi-Fi, a garden, and a cozy reading room to use.
Although everything was outstanding, I felt the traditional decor was a bit too outdated for my taste.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel and it was an incredible experience! The hotel had a historical feel with modern cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering free transportation to and from the train station. The outdoor onsen was amazing, offering a picturesque view of the surrounding nature.
I have nothing negative to say about my stay at the hotel. Everything from the amenities to the staff was exceptional.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They even offered us free transportation to and from the station, which was incredibly helpful. The location was great, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this place!
Could not be improved in any way.
